Target Of The Dynamic Procurement System The Target Of This Dynamic Procurement System (Dps) Is Food Preparation, Transport And Catering Supplies (Hereinafter Also Products) And Related Services For Hansel Oys Customers. The Products Covered By Dps Are Divided Into Three Product Groups: 1. Dishes And Consumables, 2. Packaging And/Or Disposables, And 3. Small Kitchen Appliances And Machines. All Products Covered By Dps Have In Common The Fact That They Are In Contact With Foodstuffs. The Products Can Be Used In Professional Kitchens As Well As In Teaching, Customer, Personnel And Accommodation Facilities As Well As Indoor And Outdoor Dining. The Customers Procurement Contract Can Concern A One-Time Delivery, A Delivery Package, Or The Purchase Of Products And Related Services And Additional Services In A Longer Period Of Time. The Object Of Dps With Its Products And Services (Including Additional Services) Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Participation And Its Appendices, Especially In The Appendix Dynamic Procurement System Object. During The Duration Of The Dps, All Interested Candidates Can Apply To Participate In It. The Dps Is Valid Until The Date Stated In The Procurement Notice, Unless It Is Interrupted Or Changed While The Dps Is Valid. Hansel Oys Customers Make Procurements Among Candidates Approved For Dps Through Dpss Internal Tenders, Which Can Be Scheduled For The Duration Of Dpss Entire Procurement Phase. The Acquisition Phase Of Dps Starts After The Establishment Phase On September 9, 2026 And Ends When The Validity Period Of Dps Expires. Customers Procurement Contracts Can Be Valid For A Maximum Of Five (5) Years. Scope Of The Dynamic Procurement System The Anticipated Total Value Of The Dynamic Procurement System Is A Maximum Of 40,000,000 Euros (Without Vat).
