Bacău – Tazlău- Roznov – Căciulești – Dobreni County, Km 21+700-64+140 (L=42,440 Km), As Well As Activities Related To The Execution Of Works On Dj 208G Hanu Ancutei – Girov, Km 30 + 238 – 57+253 (L=27,015 Km), The Appointed Supervisor Being Fully Responsible For The Provision Of Management Services Construction Site/Supervision Of The Execution Of Works On Both Previously Mentioned County Roads, As Well As Activities Related To The Relocation Of Utilities. The Supervisor Will Carry Out His Entire Activity In Order To Avoid Any Grounds For Claim That May Arise Between The Beneficiary And The Contractor. The General Objective Of The Services Is To Contribute To The Achievement Of The Objectives Of The Works Contract And The Project, As A Whole, In Terms Of Time, Cost And Quality, As Follows: - The Supervision Services Of The Construction Works Must Lead To The Completion Of The Works Within The Term Stipulated In The Works Contract, By Observing All The Deadlines For The Activities That Fall Under The Supervisors Responsibility, By Monitoring The Execution Program And By Preventing, Minimizing Or, As The Case May Be, Resolving With Speed The Situations Likely To Lead To Delays In The Execution Of Works; - The Supervision Services Of The Construction Works Must Lead To The Execution And Completion Of The Works At Least To The Expected Quality, Both From The Perspective Of The Constructive Parameters And From The Perspective Of The Functional Parameters, Through The Verification And Approval By The Supervisor Of All The Resources Involved In The Execution Of The Works (Materials, Equipment, Labor Force, Technologies), As Well As Of The Works Actually Executed; - The Supervision Services Of The Construction Works Must Lead To The Completion Of The Works Within The Allocated Budget, Both Through An Adequate Control Of The Execution Of The Works And The Necessity And Opportunity Of Any Changes In Technical Solutions, As Well As Through The Adequate Management Of The Works Contract So That The Risk Of Claims From The Contractor Is Reduced To A Minimum. The Site Management/Supervision Services Will Contribute To The Achievement Of The Following Specific Objectives: • Ensuring The Execution Of Quality Works, For Each Category Of Works, According To Legislation, Technical Regulations And Applicable Standards; • Ensuring Proper Evaluation Of The Quantities Of Works And Correct Determination Of The Cost Of The Works, According To The Contract/Works Contracts Or, As The Case May Be, According To The Market Conditions. At All Times, The Contractor Must Be Able To Provide A Cash Flow Forecast And Cost Estimate On Completion Of The Work; • Monitoring And Evaluation Of The Mobilization Of The Contractor, The Supply Of Raw Materials And Compliant Materials And The Rite
