The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of Power Supply Installations And End Points Of These Installations At Passenger Stops And Railway Stations. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Basic Order, To Allow For The Possibility Of Changing The Scope Of The Basic Order By Reducing The Number Of Passenger Stops And/Or Railway Stations Covered By The Development Of Design Documentation And The Implementation Of Construction Works. The Reduction In The Scope Referred To Above May Apply To A Maximum Of 20% Of The Facilities Indicated In The List Constituting Annex 2 To The Ffu. The Scope Of The Order May Be Limited If The Railway Lines Plant Of Pkp Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Undertakes And By The Investment Implementation Center Of Pkp Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Decisions Affecting The Possibility Of Implementing Investments In Individual Facilities, And These Circumstances Remain Independent Of The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Order Will Be Limited At The Stage Of Contract Implementation, Based On A Unilateral Declaration Of The Ordering Party, Without The Need To Obtain The Contractors Consent, And The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Reduced Accordingly In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Contract. The Contractor Will Not Claim Any Rights From The Ordering Party In This Respect. And Implementation Of Projects By The Investment Implementation Center Of Pkp Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. The Ordering Party Will Keep The Contractor Informed About Changes In This Respect. For 20% Of Railway Stops, It Is Possible To Change (More Or Less) The Expected Number Of Devices, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Area Managers. 2. Basic Tasks Of The Contractor: 1) Design Based On Existing And Made Available Designs By Cri - Polskie Koleje Państwowe S.A. Investment Implementation Center Northern Region And Construction Of A Power Supply, 2) Construction And Reconstruction Of Electrical Switchboards, 3) Where Applicable: Earthworks, Leveling, Supplementary Hardening Of The Surface, Construction Of A Surface Layer Around Validating Devices, Reconstruction Works. 4) Participation In Local And External Authors Meetings And Supervisions For All Locations Covered By The Subject Of The Order, If Necessary, 5) Execution Or Acquisition Within The Offer Price, Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Incurring The Costs Of: Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions, Analyses, Tests, Permits, Connection Conditions, Supervision, All Commissions, Etc., Necessary To Develop Design Documentation And Build Electricity Supply For Validating Devices, Obtain The Necessary Opinions Of Authorities, Construction Acceptance, Permits, Approval Of The Project By The Traffic Management Authority, Measurements, Tests And Checks That Are Necessary For Implementation
