The Contractor Acts In The Interest Of The Contracting Authority During The Supply Of The Products, Under The Conditions And With The Limits Described In The Documentation Related To This Award Procedure; Ii. The Contractor Acts In Order To Achieve The Objectives Presented For The Contract In Terms Of Optimizing The Use Of The Resources Necessary To Fulfill The Objectives Of The Contract.
