The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Residing In The Stupsk Commune And Collection From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) Located In The Stupsk Commune, Together With The Transport And Management Of The Collected Waste In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act On Maintenance. Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, The Waste Act, The Provincial Waste Management Plan For The Masovian Voivodeship And Local Law Provisions.
