The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out, Hand Over And Complete The New Construction Works Of The Sargėnai Manor Park (Cadastral No. 1901/0013:180) Within The Terms Of The Work Performance And Construction Completion Set In The Contract, In Accordance With The Work Execution Schedule And The Conditions Set In The Contract, In Kaunas, For The Improvement Of Communications (Trails), Engineering Structures (Terraces, Sites) For Other Purposes (Terraces, Sites) In Accordance With The Technical Project (Sargėnai Manor Park (Cad. No. 1901/0013:180), In Kaunas, Renovation Project, New Construction Of Communications (Trails), Other Purpose Engineering Structures (Terraces, Sites)) And To Provide The Engineering Services Necessary For The Preparation Of The Work Project And The Execution Of The Works, As Stipulated In The Contract, As Well As To Submit A Declaration Of Completion And Organize The Related Documents And Correct The Defects Identified After The Completion Of The Works, And The Customer Undertakes To Create The Necessary Conditions For The Contractor To Perform The Works, To Accept The Result Of The Properly Performed Works In Accordance With The Procedure Provided For In The Agreement, And To Pay The Contractor The Contract Price Under The Conditions And Procedure Provided For In The Agreement.
