The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Creation Of A Detailed Snapshot Of The Existing Situation, Project Documentation And Design Supervision Services For The Project Addition To The Elementary School Of The Belokranjski Detachment Semič - Phase 1. The Project Documentation Covers The Following Phases: - Dpp (Project Documentation For Obtaining Design And Other Conditions) - Dgd (Project Documentation For Obtaining Opinions And A Building Permit) - Pzi (Project For The Implementation Of Construction, With An Inventory Of Construction, Craftsmanship And Installation Works And A Design Assessment (Pzi) With All Necessary Plans, Displays, Studies) - Pid (Project Documentation Of Completed Works) - Design Supervision For The Construction Period, Which Also Includes Participation In Operational Meetings Of The Investor, Contractor And Expert Supervision And During The Technical Inspection. The Project Documentation Is Being Prepared For The 1St Phase Of The Renovation Of The Semič Elementary School, Which Includes The Construction Of A New Extension, The Addition Of The Existing First Extension, The Reorganization Of The Rooms In The Existing Building And The Arrangement Of The Outdoor Areas Next To The New Building. The Scope Of The Required Works Can Be Seen In More Detail From The Project Terms Of Reference And Conceptual Design, Which Are Part Of The Documentation Related To The Award Of The Public Contract.
