Sanitary Ware – Supply, Under Lease, Including The Maintenance Of A Series Of Chemical Toilets For The Malaga Transport Company, S.A.M. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Supply, Under Lease, Including The Maintenance Of A Series Of Chemical Toilets For Empresa Malagueña De Transportes, S.A.M. Since It Contains Supplies And Maintenance Services, It Is A Mixed Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 15 Of Royal Decree-Law 3/2020, Of February 4. The Contract Is Configured As A Supply Based On Needs, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Thirty-Third Additional Provision Of The Lcsp. Consequently, The Specific Number Of Chemical Toilets That Will Be Required During The Term Of The Contract Cannot Be Determined Exactly. The Supply Includes Distribution, Assembly, Installation, Start-Up And Maintenance, For The Use Of The Goods Object Of This Contract. For Indicative Purposes, The Locations Planned For Chemical Toilets In Continuous Use Are Listed In Point 3.1 Of The Pcap. This List Of Points And Codes Is Merely Indicative And May Be Modified Depending On The Needs Of The Service, Without This Implying The Obligation Of Emtsam To Maintain A Fixed Number Of Cabins Or To Necessarily Install Them In All The Indicated Locations. Therefore, Needs May Fluctuate Up Or Down. Likewise, Services May Be Required For Special Events, Such As Christmas, Easter, Fairs, Works, Detours Or Headers Of New Lines, Etc., In Which It Is Necessary To Reinforce Or Adapt The Number And Location Of Chemical Toilets. In All These Cases, The Successful Bidder Will Be Obliged To Meet The Requirements Of Emtsam And To Supply The Chemical Toilet Units Requested, Under The Technical And Economic Conditions Offered And Within The Response Times Established In This Document. The Object Includes, At Least, The Following Services And Supplies: Transportation Or Movement, Installation And Assembly Of The Cabins, And Their Removal At The End Of The Contract, Or When Emtsam Requires It. Replenishment Of The Cabin Deposit, At Least Once A Week And Will Be Adapted To The Needs Of Emtsam. Cabin Cleaning: 2 Daily Cleanings Of All Cabins, Every Working Day Of The Year, Saturdays And Holidays. Replenishment Of Consumables: Replacement Of Toilet Paper, Hand Wipes And Hand Soap Twice A Day In All Cabins, Every Weekday, Saturday And Holiday. General Maintenance, Both Interior And Exterior, Of The Elements That Make Up The Cabin. The Pptp Includes All The Technical Conditions That Must Be Complied With By The Contractor.
