The Total Estimated Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Term Of The Contract Is 12,000.00 Mw/H, As Follows: Appendix No. 1 – Municipality Of Vratsa 1– 2,000 Mw/H; Annex No. 2 – Municipality Of Vratsa 2 – 2000 Mw/H; Annex No. 3 – Municipality Of Vratsa Street Lighting – 3600 Mw/H; Annex No. 4 – Town Halls (Town Halls And Street Lighting) – 1600 Mw/H; Annex No. 5 – Social Services – 800 Mw/H; Annex No. 6 – Nursery – 200 Mw/H; Annex No. 7 – Municipal Enterprises – 2400 Mw/H; The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Of The Public Order/Contract/ Has An Indicative Nature For The Term Of The Contract And May Be Less Or Greater For The Time Of Execution Of The Contract. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority May Change The Number And Type Of Objects Specified In The Technical Specification To Which Electricity Is Supplied, If The Need To Use Objects Is No Longer Needed, When New Properties Are Acquired And/Or For Another Reason. When New Sites Are Included, The Employer Will Pay For The Delivered Electricity At The Price Agreed With The Contractor. Note! On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop, The Chairman Of The Commission Decrypts The Offers And Opens The Price Proposals Together With The Documents Under Art. 39, Para. 2 And Para. 3, Item 1 Of Ppzop. Since All Proposals From The Participants Bids Are Represented By A Numerical Value, The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Is Carried Out Before Conducting A Preliminary Selection, And The Check For The Presence Of Grounds For Removal And Compliance With The Selection Criteria Is Carried Out In A Way That Is Not Affected By The Results Of The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals. The Offers Are Announced By Means Of A Message In The Electronic File Of The Order Under Art. 36, Para. 6 And Art. 36A, Para. 2 On The Day Of Opening Of Bids.
