The City Of Dachau, In Collaboration With Asv Dachau E.V., Intends To Build A Replacement Building For The Georg Scherer Hall As A School And Club Sports Hall. The Sports Hall Is To Be Designed As A Club Sports Hall With Up To 1,500 Bleacher Seats As Well As For Use As A Triple School Gymnasium. In Addition To This Sports Hall, A Parking Lot Is To Be Created; The Associated Outdoor Areas Are Also The Subject Of The Planning Contract. The Project Must Be Planned So That It Can Be Implemented In Two Construction Phases. In The First Construction Phase, The Sports Hall With Surrounding Outdoor Areas Will Be Planned. The Second Construction Phase Involves Demolishing The Existing Sports Hall And Redesigning The Parking Areas And Bus Turning Loop. The Sports Hall Should Be Supported With Public Funds As A School Gymnasium In The Areas Relevant For Physical Education.
