The General Contractors Services Include The Partnering Phase As Part Of The Creation Of The Extended Preliminary Planning Document Plus (Evu+), The Implementation Planning Including Work And Assembly Planning As Well As All Other Planning, Deliveries And Services That Are Necessary To Build The Construction Project, Including The Outdoor Facilities, On Time, Ready For Occupancy, Functional And Free Of Defects. The Commissioning Is Divided Into The Following Commissioning Stages: • 1 Stage: Partnering Phase • 2: Stage Realization Phase In The Partnering Phase, The General Planners Planning Up To The Evu+ Is Accompanied In An Advisory Capacity By The General Contractor.
