The Subject Of The Tender Is Essentially The Following Logistics Services: - Taking Over The Complete Material Management Including The Disposition, Acceptance, Storage, Distribution And Return Of All Materials For The Client - Archiving And Providing The Factory Acceptance Certificates (Waz) And Acceptance Test Certificates (Apz) Required By The Regulations - Ensuring The Delivery Of The Service Providers (External Companies) Used By The Client With The Defined Materials According To The Materials List - Ongoing Checking/Updating And Coordination Of The Materials List With The Client - Independent Takeover Of The Disposition Of The Stored Materials The Contract Has A Term Of 4 Years With The Option Of A Two-Time Extension Of Two Additional Years Each.
