Chemical Reagents – Successful Delivery Of Chemical Reagents. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is Successive (Carried Out In Batches Depending On Needs) Deliveries Of Chemical Reagents. The Expected Assortment And Quantities Of Reagents Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Assortment And Price Form, Subject To The Provisions Of Point 5 Below. 2) The Reagents Offered Must Be Brand New And Come From Current Production (I.E. Produced No Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order) And Have An Expiry Date Of No Less Than 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol, With The Exception Of Those Chemical Reagents For Which The Manufacturer Has Reserved A Shorter Expiry Date. Reagents Should Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Have All Appropriate Certificates And Certificates Confirming The Admission Of The Supplied Product To Trading In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. 3) The Scope Of The Order Includes: Delivery Of Reagents, Their Transport, Unloading And Bringing Them To Their Destination. 4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz; 5) The Subject Of The Order, Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Was Prepared On The Basis Of An Analysis Of Deliveries Made Over The Last 24 Months, As Part Of Several Dozen Research Programs, The Continuation Of Which Requires The Absolute Use Of Reagents From The Same Manufacturer. However, The Analysis Of Deliveries Made In Previous Years Shows That The Predictability (Repeatability Of Quantity And Assortment) Is At The Level Of Approximately 50%. It Is Often Necessary To Change Reagents During Research. Taking Into Account The Above, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In Terms Of The Type (Range) Listed In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, As Well As To Limit The Subject Of The Order Due To Needs That The Ordering Party Cannot Precisely Predict At The Stage Of The Proceedings, As Well As Under The Contract The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Purchase Reagents Belonging To The Same Category Other Than Those Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Provided That The Total Value The Ordered Reagents Will Not Exceed The Value Of The Contract, Determined On The Basis Of The Accepted Most Advantageous Offer; 6) The Basis For Determining The Prices Of Reagents Not Included In Annex No. 2 Will Be The Net Prices Of Products Available In The Assortment And Price Catalog (Price List) Of The Contractor, Valid As At The Date Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party, Specified In Pln, Taking Into Account The Discount Offered On The Net Catalog Prices; 7) The Contractor Is Obliged (In The Case Of Products Not Listed In The Price Form) To Provide A Link To The Reagents Website (Online) Where The Contractors Current Product And Price Catalog (Price List) Valid During The Period Of Contract Implementation Is Available, And If The Website Requires It, Also A Login And Password. The Contractor Will Inform The Ordering Party Immediately About Any Changes To The Provided E-Mail Address
