Furthermore, The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Commissioning Of The Vehicle, Demonstration Of Its Functionality And Training Of Persons Designated By The Contracting Authority In The Scope Of: - Training For Users And Commissioning By A Technician Sent By The Supplier. - Acquaintance With Operation During Intervention, Regular Maintenance, Identification Of Defects. The Delivery Also Includes The Delivery Of All The Usual Documentation For The Car, In Particular: - Operating And Maintenance Instructions In Written Form In The Czech Language; - Technical Vehicle Certificate And Necessary Documents For Proper Operation And Registration Of The Machine In The Czech Republic And Other Necessary Documents; - Determination Of Warranty Conditions. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Performance Of Free Warranty Service For The Duration Of The Warranty Period, The Client Will Only Pay For The Necessary Material Items. The Participant Is Not Entitled To Include Any Warranty Service Costs In The Bid Price. If Such Costs Arise, The Selected Participant Will Invoice Them Separately. All Materials And Products Used Must Be New, Unused Or Refurbished And Must Be Of The Highest Quality.
