The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Acting As A Contract Engineer As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Leonida Teliga Street. 2. The Primary Purpose Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Agreement) Concluded Between The Ordering Party And The Contract Engineer (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Engineer) Will Be The Effective, Professional And Reliable Provision Of Services In The Field Of Investment Process Management, Acting As A Supervisory Inspector And Consulting In The Implementation Of The Tasks Covered By The Subject Of The Agreement - Described In Annex No. 6.4. The Combination Of Competences Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Management Of The Project Is Intended To Ensure Comprehensiveness Of The Project Management, Establish Clear Rules Of Responsibility For Its Correct Implementation, And Ensure Efficient Flow Of Information. 3. The Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 6.1, List Of Settlement Elements - Annex No. 6.2, Design Documentation - Annex No. 6.3 And Description Of The Task Covered By The Performance Of Activities Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 6.4. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Option Right To Order The Contractor To Carry Out Additional Activities In The Scope Of Ad Hoc Inspections In The Event Of Discovering Defects And Faults In The Works Performed Within One Year From Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol, Along With The Acceptance Of The Removal Of Defects And Faults Found During The Inspection. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Order The Contractor To Carry Out One To Three Ad Hoc Inspections.
