The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Delivery, Installation, Preliminary (Test) Testing And Commissioning Of One Angiographic System, And Training Of Personnel For Work. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Warranty Service Of The Delivered Equipment And Delivery Of The Necessary Parts Within The Warranty Period. The Scope Of Activities Includes: - Preparation Of A Technical Justification For The Placement Of The Angiographic System In The Room. - Preparation And Presentation Of An Investment Project In The Radiation Protection Part, And, If Necessary, Other Project Parts (Technological, Electrical And Hvac) With Attached Quantitative Accounts, As Well As Other Documents Necessary For Presentation To The Regional Health Inspectorate (Rhi) And The Nuclear Regulatory Agency (Nra), In Order To Issue A License For The Use Of Sources Of Ionizing Radiation For Medical Purposes. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Necessary Corrections And Revisions To The Submitted Projects And Justification, If Necessary, At His Own Expense Within A Period Determined By The Contracting Authority, After Written Notification. In Order To Correctly Prepare The Bids Of The Participants, The Contracting Authority Provides A Document With The Initial Data Of The Premises (Appendix No. 2). During The Preparation Of The Investment Project, The Provisions Of All Current Legal Acts, Necessary For The Relevant Parts And Other Documents Reflecting Good Practices In Research And Design, Should Be Observed. In The Event Of Changes In The Regulatory Framework During The Implementation Of The Design, The Same Should Be Promptly Taken Into Account And Reflected In The Developments, After Prior Agreement And Approval By The Contracting Authority, Requesting His Written Agreement. The Minimum Technical Characteristics Are Detailed In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Contracting Authority Can Claim The Angiographic System (Equipment) Within 12 (Twelve) Months, Counted From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract. The Offered Equipment Must Have Parameters Identical To Or Better Than The Minimum Requirements Of The Employer Specified In The Technical Specification.
