The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is: Upgrading Of The Information System Integrated Bulgarian Maritime Surveillance (Inbulmars), Based On A Common Information Sharing Environment (Cise) For Monitoring The Maritime Territory Of The Eu. Brief Description Of The Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order: Activity 1: Delivery Of Equipment For The Upgrade Of A Data Center. Within The Framework Of This Activity, The Contractor Shall Perform The Delivery Of Equipment And System Software Necessary For The Upgrading Of The Inbulmar System. Activity 2: Installation And Configuration Of The Delivered Equipment. That A Functional, Secure And Sustainable Infrastructure Environment For The Inbulmars System Be Provided. Activity 3: Development Of New System Functionalities. Within This Activity, The Contractor Should Carry Out An Audit, Technological And Functional Upgrade Of The Inbulmars System, Including The External User Module, So As To Ensure Higher Performance, Better Usability, Better Traceability Of The Exchange And Full Compatibility With The National Cise Node.
