The City Of Marktredwitz Intends To Renovate The Listed Castle Walls Of Brandner Castle, Which Is Located In The Brand District. First Of All, The Securing, Repair And Long-Term Preservation Of The Historical Fencing And Retaining Walls Must Be Planned. The Subject Of The Procurement Is General Planning Services With The Service Profiles Of Object Planning For Engineering Structures (§ 41 Of The Fee Regulations For Architects And Engineers As Of 2021 (Hoai)) And Specialist Planning For Structural Planning (§ 51 Hoai). The Functional Service Description In Question (Appendix 802) Contains A Description Of The Services Required For This: Object Planning For Engineering Structures And Specialist Planning For Structural Engineering, Including Technical Support, Preparation And Participation In The Awarding Of Construction Services As Well As Technical Object Monitoring From The Clients Perspective. The Contractor Should Take Over The Existing Preliminary Investigations, Check Them For Plausibility, Convert Them Into An Overall Plan That Is Ready For Implementation, Obtain The Building Permit, Carry Out The Necessary Static Calculations, Prepare The Technical Tender Documents For The Required Construction Work And, After The Construction Work Has Been Awarded, Supervise The Execution From A Technical Point Of View. The Service Is Aimed At The Result: Wall And Accompanying Structures That Are Stable And Traffic-Safe, Compatible With Historical Monuments And Permanently Repaired, Taking Into Account The Priorities Set In The Report, The Safety Of The Construction Period, The Economic Efficiency And The Requirements Of The Public Client. The Subject Of The Service Includes In Particular: - Basic Services For Property Planning Of Engineering Structures In Accordance With Sections 41 To 44 In Conjunction With Annex 12 Hoai; - Engineering Services For Structural Planning In Accordance With Sections 49 To 52 Of The Fee Regulations For Architects And Engineers In Conjunction With Annex 14 Hoai; - Technical Support; - Tendering Of Construction Services; And - Technical Object Monitoring. The Project Is To Be Implemented With Funds From The Compensation Fund Of The Free State Of Bavaria (Special Fund Managed By The Bavarian State Ministry For Science And Art).
