Financial Management Consultancy Services – Support For The Implementation Of The Memorandum Of Understanding Between The Government Of The Grand Duchy Of And The Federation Of Social Sector Actors (Fedas Luxembourg). The Objective Of This Contract Is To Retain A Service Provider Capable Of Carrying Out Missions Within The Framework Of The Memorandum Of Understanding. The Service Provider Will Carry Out Missions In The Areas Of Legal Compliance, Financial Analysis, Accounting And Organizational Consulting. This Memorandum Of Understanding Is A Framework Agreement Aimed At Clarifying, Modernizing, Harmonizing And Supervising The System Of State Agreements In The Social Sector Of The Grand Duchy. It Commits The Seven Signatory Ministries And Fedas Luxembourg To Collaborate Closely Around A Set Of Structuring Objectives.
