The Public Contract Awarded Within The Framework Of This Procedure Is Enforceable Under The Conditions Described In The Guidelines, Technical Specification And Draft Contract - Part Of The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure. The Scope Of The Order Awarded Under This Procedure Includes The Delivery Of A Factory New Category M2 Vehicle For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Gabrovo. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes An Obligation For The Contractor To Register The Vehicle At The Traffic Police - Gabrovo On Behalf Of The Contractor, As Well As To Provide Warranty And Service Within The Warranty Period According To The Terms Of The Contract. The Minimum Requirements Regarding The Type, Technical Data And Characteristics Of The Vehicle To Be Supplied By The Contractor Are Detailed In The Technical Specification. Payment Of The Contract Price Will Be Made Under The Conditions And In The Order Specified In The Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of The Documentation. In Accordance With Art. 114 Of The Zop, The Execution Of The Contract Will Be Considered Assigned, After Financing Is Secured.
