Building-Inspection Services – Dzp.261.160.2026 Service Consisting In Creating 2,700 Digital Building Object Books (C-Kob) For Properties Managed/Administered By The Municipal Housing Authority In Łódź. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Creating 2,700 Digital Construction Object Books (C-Kob) On The Basis Of The Paper Book Provided By The Ordering Party, Together With Supplementing All The Missing Information In The C-Kob Tables, Such As: Information About The Facility: • Type And Function Of The Building And The Year Of Commissioning, • Technical Parameters (Building Area, Height, Cubic Capacity, Number Of Floors, Number Of Premises), • Equipment With Installations And Devices, Site Plan And Marking On The Map, • Information On Products Containing Asbestos And The Competent Building Supervision Authority, As Well As Maintaining And Ongoing Operation Of The Digital Construction Object Book (C-Kob), Including: • Sending And Receiving All Necessary Authorizations And Accesses, • Ongoing Updating Of Information For Properties Owned By The Municipality Of The City Of Łódź And Properties Constituting Private, Jointly Owned And State Treasury Resources, Managed/Administered By The Municipal Housing Authority. Creation And Provision Of A Tool Enabling The Ordering Party To Identify Objects In The C-Kob System Using The Address Of The Property And, At The Same Time, The Location Of A Given Building On The Property (Front, Right, Left, Transverse Outbuilding) Along With Its Function (Residential, Commercial, Utility Building), As Well As Information About The Owner Of The Building (Municipal, Private, Jointly Owned, State Treasury Building). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
