The Actions Provided For In The Tender Are Necessary As A Result Of The Approval Of The Second Cycle Flood Risk Management Plans (Pgri) (2022-2027) Within The Agency Through Royal Decree 26/2023, Of January 17, In Application Of The Mandate To Review And Update Said Plans Every Six Years Contained In Both Directive 2007/60/Ec And The Royal Decree. 903/2010, Of July 9, On Flood Risk Assessment And Management, By Which It Is Transposed. The Service Being Contracted Is Aimed At Fulfilling The Aforementioned Plans Through: The Review And Preparation Of Technical Studies Of A Hydrological And Hydraulic Nature That Allow The Improvement Of The Estimation Of Frequencies And Magnitudes Of Floods And The Definition Of Flood Zones; The Generation Of New Cartography Of Flood Zones; The Updating Of The Existing Hydrology In The Duero Basin And The Design And Preparation Of A New Hydrological Viewer, And The Coordination Between Maps And Drainage Information From Dams Located Upstream Of Areas With Significant Potential Risk Of Flooding That Are Priority.
