Systems And Technical Consultancy Services – Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Advisory And Consulting Services. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Between The Contracting Authority And One Supplier, For The Provision Of Consulting And Advisory Services For The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement, The Selected Supplier Undertakes To Provide The Contracting Authority, On The Basis Of Partial Contracts, With Services Consisting Of: A) Preparation Of Documents For The Implementation Of Projects Incl. Proposals, Modifications And/Or Oppositions In The Fields Of Information Systems, Cyber Security And Telematics. B) Management Of Projects And Programs And The Provision Of Organizational, Management And Administrative Services Related To This, Including Support In The Preparation Of Tender Conditions For Public Contracts And Coordination Of Suppliers In The Performance Of Public Contracts. C) Quality, Risk Management And Provision Of Independent Supervision (Tdi) And Audit Of Implemented Projects Of The Client And Provision Of Project Management Services. D) Provision Of Services Related To Life Cycle Management Of Implemented Projects And Quality Control Of Services Provided By Suppliers In The Areas Of Information Systems, Cyber Security And Telematics For These Projects. E) Provision Of Accredited Inspection And Certification Services In The Areas Of Information Systems, Cyber Security And Telematics, For Products And Services Supplied By Third Parties To Customers, In Order To Verify Measurable Quality And Safety Parameters Of Implemented Projects And Services Provided In The Aforementioned Areas. F) Provision Of Support (Consultation, Analysis, Planning And Implementation Of Audits And Compliance Assessment) For Bringing Introduced And Already Established Products And Services In The Areas Of Information Systems, Cyber Security And Telematics Into Compliance With The Requirements Of The New Act On Cyber Security, Including Relevant Implementing Acts. G) Provision Of Other Professional And Consulting Services In The Areas Of Information Systems, Cyber Security And Telematics According To The Requirements And Needs Of The Customer. The Provision Of Services Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Specific Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Through Partial Contracts Concluded On The Basis Of Written Requests From The Contracting Authority. The Method Of Awarding Public Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement Is Described In Detail In The Framework Agreement. The Subject Of Performance Of Public Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement Is Further Specified In The Draft Framework Agreement (Annex No. 2 Of The Procurement Documentation).
