The Use Of An Industrial Robot With An Additional Linear Axis Should Enable A High Level Of Flexibility In Terms Of Workpiece Size, Geometry And Machining Strategy. The Milling Robot Should Be Particularly Suitable For Large-Format Workpieces Up To A Length Of Approx. 6 M And A Width Of Up To 1.5 M. The Focus Is On Processing Complex Geometries, Investigating New Manufacturing Processes And Researching Digital Process Chains.
