The Basis For Settling The Energy Produced From Renewable Energy Sources Within The Cooperative Is The Provisions Of Art. 38C Of The Act Of February 20, 2015 On Renewable Energy Sources. 4. In The Case Of Applicable Comprehensive Contracts That Have A Three-Month Notice Period, The Ordering Party Requests Their Termination By Mutual Consent Of The Parties, With Effect From December 31, 2026. If It Is Not Possible To Terminate The Contracts By Mutual Consent, The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Order Will Be Automatically Postponed By The Time Necessary To Terminate The Comprehensive Contracts.
