Block F3, Located On Bucura Street, In The Municipality Of Lupeni, Has A Height Regime Of Dt+P+4, Built-Up Area = 589 Sqm, Opened Area = 3,293.00 Sqm. The Building Was Built In 1990. The Building Is Used And Is Connected To The Utilities Of Electricity, Natural Gas, Water Supply And Sewage. The Project Foresees The Following Categories Of Works: - Realization Of An External Thermal Insulation System, Applied On The Opaque Facades, Composed Of: Rigid Basaltic Mineral Wool Boards, 15 Cm Thick; Adhesive And Mechanical Fixing Dowels According To Technical Requirements; Reinforcement Layer With Glass Fiber Mesh; Decorative Plaster On A Mineral Or Silicone Basis, With A Protective And Finishing Function; - In The Areas Where Natural Gas Pipelines Are Located, In Order To Avoid Their Relocation, The Thermal Insulation Will Be Cut Along The Entire Length Of The Installation, Ensuring A Minimum Distance Of 3 Cm Left-Right From The Pipeline. To Limit Heat Losses And Eliminate Thermal Bridges In These Areas, A High-Performance Thermal Insulating Plaster With Airgel, Having A Thermal Conductivity Coefficient Similar To Or Higher Than That Of Mineral Wool, Will Be Applied On The Outer Wall, Behind The Pipe. - The Base Of The Building Will Be Thermally Insulated With Polyisocyanurate (Pir) Heat-Insulating Plates, 10 Cm Thick, Mounted With Specific Adhesive For Wet Areas. A Waterproof And Decorative Protective Layer, Compatible With The Thermal Insulation System, Will Be Provided. - The Contour Of The Windows And Doors Will Be Insulated With Rigid Basalt Mineral Wool Of 3 Cm Thickness, In A System Compatible With The Facade, To Reduce Thermal Bridges. - Thermal Insulation Of The Upper Floor, Located Under The Frame Roof, By Applying The Following: Anti-Condensation Film; Wooden Structure For Mounting Thermal Insulation In 2 Layers; 30 Cm Thick Basalt Mineral Wool Layer; Covering The Heat-Insulating Layer With Interspaced Wooden Battens, To Allow Circulation In The Attic And Provide Additional Protection Of The Heat Insulation; - Complete Replacement Of Exterior Carpentry (Windows, Access Doors In The Building) With Energetically Efficient Carpentry (U≤1.10 [W/M²*K]). The Carpentry Will Be Equipped With Controlled Ventilation Grills, To Ensure Natural Ventilation And Prevent Condensation; Warm Edge Type Thermal Rods Will Be Used, To Reduce Heat Loss At The Edge Of The Window; External Galvanized Sheet Flashings Will Be Installed, For Protection Against Infiltrations. Interior Glazing Made Of Gresogranit Tiles Will Be Installed; The Internal Carpentry To The Unheated Spaces Will Be Replaced With Energetically Efficient Carpentry (U≤1.10 [W/M²*K]). - Installation Of A System Of Photovoltaic Panels On The Roof, For Each Individual Block Staircase, To Power The Lighting Circuits Of The Stairwell.
