The Entire Cadastral Territory Of The Nová Ves U Mladá Vožice Municipality, Outside The Built-Up Territory Of The Municipality, And Part Of The Cadastral Territories Of Křtěnovice, Oldřichov U Mladá Vožice And Petrovice U Miličín Will Be Included In The Complex Land Management Area. The Estimated Area Of The Kopú District Is 245 Ha, Of Which 229 Ha Is Settled Area According To §2 And 16 Ha Is Unsettled Area According To §2 Of Act No. 139/2002 Coll., On Land Management And Land Authorities And On The Amendment Of Act No. 229/1991 Coll., On The Adjustment Of Ownership Relations To Land And Other Agricultural Property, As Amended Regulations. One Of The Basic Objectives Of The Kopú Will Be The Proposal Of Measures To Protect The Built-Up Part Of The Village Of Nová Ves Near Mladé Vožice From The Negative Effects Of Torrential Rainfall, Especially Through Anti-Erosion And Anti-Flood Measures. For The Preparation Of The Plan Of Common Facilities, The Study Of Runoff Conditions In The C.Ú. Nová Ves Near Mladá Vožice. The Contractor Has The Obligation To Propose A Functional Anti-Erosion And Anti-Flood Protection Solution For The Village Of Nová Ves U Mladé Vožice Within The Framework Of The Psz Proposal.
