Rental Service Of Multifunctional Devices In Accordance With The Terms Of The Procurement Documentation And Technical Specifications. The Service Includes: Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Maintenance Of New And Unused Devices Owned By The Bidder, In Accordance With The Technical Specification, At The Clients Locations. The Printing Service With Devices Owned By The Bidder Includes The Delivery Of Devices At The Customers Locations, Their Maintenance And Troubleshooting, Delivery Of Original Toner And Other Original Consumables And Spare Parts Recommended By The Device Manufacturer, Except For Paper And Machine Fasteners (Staples). Continuous Optimization Of The Printing Fleet Throughout The Duration Of The Contract For The Purpose Of Optimal Utilization Of The Device, Depending On The Amount Of Printing On The Device Itself. The Optimization Of The Printing Fleet Is Carried Out In Agreement With The Client And With His Approval And Consent. Disposal Of Used Consumables Free Of Charge For The Client. The Devices Offered Must Be Compatible With The Print Management Software Solution.
