The Purpose Of The Contract In Question Is The Following: Maintain The Facilities In Perfect State Of Conservation And Operation, Complying With All Legal Requirements. Ensure The Useful Life Of The Facilities And The Construction Elements That Make Up The Centers, As Well As Their Adequate Appearance, Guaranteeing The Conditions Of Safety, Health, Habitability And Decoration In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations. Repair And Replacement Of Materials, Installations And/Or Complete Elements Or Equipment. On-Call Service For Emergencies And Restoration Of The Operation Of Networks, Facilities And Serious Damage.
