Architectural Services For Outdoor Areas – Fmr Awarding Of The Planning Services For Outdoor Areas. The Niederrhein-Therme Has Been Operated By The Client In The Mattlerbusch Revierpark Since 1989. The Thermal Spa Has 15 Saunas, 2 Thermal Brine Pools, A Wave And Leisure Pool And Therefore Offers An Extensive Health-Oriented Offering For All Target Groups. In May 2021, A Renovation Report Was Prepared For The Thermal Baths, Which Shows The Most Urgent Measures To Be Taken To Maintain And Restore The Operational Safety Of The Facility. In Order To Guarantee And Ensure Operational Safety, The Client Decided On The Concept Of A Total Renovation Of The Thermal Baths. The Current Area Including The Outdoor Areas Is Available And Is Aimed At An Annual Visitor Number Of 320,000 - 360,000 Visitors. The New Facility Will Have A Future-Oriented Energy Concept. Techniques And Building Materials Should Be Used Here That Guarantee Co²-Neutral Pool Operation With Heat Recovery And Economical Consumption Media With Environmentally Friendly, Ecological Sustainability. The Important Identity-Creating Sauna & Sole Offerings Should Be Sensibly Supplemented By, For Example, A Brine Floating Pool And A Course Pool, A Pool Bar Pool, A Fitness Area And Lounge Areas With A High Feel-Good Factor. As Part Of The General Renovation, The Current Cellar Will Be Retained. The Subject Of This Award Procedure With A Preliminary Competition Is The Award Of The Outdoor Facilities Planning Service For The General Renovation Of The Niederrhein-Therme Mattlerbusch In Duisburg. A Staged Planning Commission Is Advertised. The Applicant Should Initially Provide The Basic Services Of Service Phases 1 To 2 And The Associated Special Services, Whereby The Client Reserves The Right To Commission Further Service Phases In Stages. Even For The Further Service Phases - If Ordered - All Required Special Services Must Be Provided By The Bidder. In Addition, The Contractor Must Offer The Production Of A Rendering, The Production Of A Terrain Model And The Creation Of A Tree Register As Special Services For The Project, Each At A Flat Rate, Although The Commissioning Of These Services Is Initially Only Optional. The Bidder Must Also Offer All Other Services In The Service Phases Up To And Including Service Phase 9 Hoai Of The Outdoor Facility Planning Service Profile. The Client Is Entitled To Request The Further Service Phases And Special Services By Means Of A Unilateral Written Request Under The Conditions Offered. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Successful Implementation Of The Planning Services For Outdoor Facilities In Terms Of Design, Technology And Economics In Accordance With The Recognized Rules Of Technology.
