The Variants Are Described In Detail In Annex No. 1, 1A And 1B To The Swz 4.5 Variant I - Technical Support Service For Network Devices Used In The City Of Łódź Office, Along With The Right To Update The Existing Software 4.6 Variant Ii - Replacement Of Network Devices Owned By The Ordering Party Together With The Technical Support Service And The Right To Update The Owned Software 4.7 The Ordering Party Specified Two Variants Of The Implementation Of The Subject Description Orders. The Final Choice Of The Execution Variant Of The Subject Of The Order Is Up To The Ordering Party. Contractors Are Obliged To Evaluate Only One Of The Variants Under Pain Of Rejection Of The Offer. In This Procedure, The Ordering Party Will Make A Decision Regarding The Selection Of The Variant Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order After The Date Of Opening The Offers. Contractors Offers Will Be Subject To Examination And Evaluation Only Within The Variant Selected By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Select The Variant Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Taking Into Account The Financial Resources It Intends To Allocate To Finance The Order. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Lowest Price Among The Submitted Offers Will Determine The Selection Of A Given Variant Of The Order Execution. As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criterion Price, The Ordering Party Will Evaluate The Variant I Or Variant Ii Selected By The Ordering Party For The Execution Of The Order. If, During The Examination Of Offers, The Contractors Offer Is Subject To Rejection/Exclusion Or, After Selecting The Offer, The Contractor Refrains From Signing The Contract And The Most Advantageous Price Is An Offer From A Variant Other Than The One Originally Assessed, The Ordering Party Will Evaluate The Contractors Offer In This Variant. To Examine An Abnormally Low Price, The Ordering Party Will Examine Offers Of The Same Variant, I.E. Offers Submitted In Variant I And Separately Offers Submitted In Variant Ii (Respectively For The Procurement Variant Used).
