The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity For The Years 2027-2028 For The Facilities Of The Polish Geological Institute - National Research Institute, Located Throughout The Country. 2. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: 2.1. Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 2.2. Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Designed Provisions Of The Contract. 3. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law Provides For The Application Of Option Law. 4. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor In Writing About The Activation Of The Option And The Scope In Which It Is To Be Activated. 5. As Part Of The Optional Order, The Ordering Party Provides: 5.1. Launching Additional Collection Points Of The Res Installation 5.2. Settlement Of Electricity Generated By A Res Installation As A Virtual Prosumer, After The Entry Into Force Of The Relevant Acts; 5.3. Making Additional Purchases Of Electricity For The Ordering Partys Facilities Under The Option Right. The Value Of Additional Deliveries Under The Option Right May Not Exceed 20% Of The Contract Value; 5.4. The Unit Prices Of Energy Specified In The Offer Submitted By The Contractor As Part Of The Basic Order Will Also Apply To Deliveries Carried Out Under The Option Right.
