The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase By The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture Based In Warsaw (Hereinafter Referred To As The Service Recipient Or Ordering Party) Of A Telecommunications Data Transmission Service Via Two Xwdm Lines For A Period Of 36 Months, Under Which The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1.1 Provide The Ordering Party With Xwdm Services In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Ppu. 1.2 Services To The Ordering Party Of Dark Fiber Services In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To Ppu 2. The Xwdm Service Will Consist Of: 2.1. Launching And Providing Data Transmission In The Dwdm Technology Or Cwdm Technology, Carried Out In The Rooms Indicated By The Service User In The Locations Referred To In Annex No. 1 To The Ppu, Using Link I (Link I Service) Or Link Ii (Link Ii Service), Each Of Which Will Simultaneously Transmit, At The Time Of Commencement Of The Provision Of The Xwdm Service, A Minimum Of: 2.1.1. 2 Fc Channels With A Bit Rate Of 8 Gbit/S Each; 2.1.2. 2 Fc Channels With A Bit Rate Of 16 Gbit/S Each; 2.1.3. 2 Fc Channels With A Bit Rate Of 32 Gbit/S Each; 2.1.4. 6 Gbethernet Channels With A Throughput Of 10 Gbit/S Each. 2.2. Execution Of Orders Consisting In Changing The Parameters (Throughput) Of The Link I Service Or The Link Ii Service, By Ordering A Set Of Additional Data Transmission Channels Or By Terminating (Resigning) Individual Data Transmission Channels By The Service User; 2.3. Providing Additional Services, Which Include: Technical Operation, Administration And Management Of The Xwdm Technology For The Purposes Of Providing The Xwdm Service, Configuration Of Links And Devices, Measurement Of Link Parameters, Ensuring The Security Of The Teletransmission System, Providing The Service User With Access To The Xdwm Monitoring/Management System Providing The Services, Lending Devices On The Terms Specified In § 4 Of The Ppu And Maintenance Services Specified In § 10 Of The Ppu. 3. The Dark Fiber Service Will Consist In Leasing Two Single-Mode Dark Fibers Operating In The C Band To The Service User, Together With The Connection Of 3 (Three) Dwdm Devices Owned By The Service User In The Place Indicated In Appendix No. 1 To The Ppu, In The Locations (Data Processing Centers) Of The Service User, In Accordance With The Conditions And Parameters Indicated In Appendix No. 1 To The Ppu. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Performed On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract Agreement Together With The Annexes Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
