The Municipality Of Mullsjö With The Wholly Owned Company Mullsjö Energi Och Miljö Ab (The Client) Invites Tenderers (The Contractor) To Submit Tenders In Accordance With This Request Document Regarding Land Contracting Works. The Procurement Refers To A Framework Agreement For The Execution Of Land Contracting Works On Properties, Public Site Land And Private Land Within The Municipality Of Mullsjö. The Work Includes Planning And Execution Of, For Example, Fine Planning Work, Green Space Facilities, New, Conversion And Extension Buildings, Va Works As Well As Preparedness And Work In Case Of Urgent Va Repairs. The Framework Agreement Does Not Cover New, Remodeling And Extension Works That Are Carried Out As Individual And Separately Procured Projects. Framework Agreements Will Be Awarded To Three (3) Contractors With Partial Ranking And Partial Renewed Competition. The Total Estimated Value Of The Agreement During The Entire Agreement Period Incl. Possibly Extension Clauses Amount To Sek 20,000,000. The Value Represents An Estimated Volume And Is Only A Guideline Value. No Guaranteed Volumes Are Provided. The Total Ceiling Volume Of The Agreement Is Sek 40,000,000.
