The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization And Conduct Of The Oxford Debating Tournament For Students Of Primary And Secondary Schools From The Małopolska Voivodeship. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: Development Of Tournament Regulations, Preparation Of Debates, Recruitment Of Teams, Organization Of Preparatory Workshops, Organization And Conduct Of Qualifying Rounds, Organization Of The Final In Krakow, Provision Of The Implementation Team (Coordinator, Marshals, Jury), Organizational And Technical Support, Provision Of Prizes, Preparation Of Documentation And A Report. 2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Constitutes Annex No. 1D To The Swz, Which Will Also Be Annex No. 1 To The Public Procurement Contract. 3. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract - Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 4. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. 5.
