Grande Spirit Foundation (Gsf) Is Inviting Proposals From Qualified Civil Engineering And Landscape-Design Consultants To Provide Professional Design Services For The Debolt Beautification Project At 14 And 15, 72127 Range Road 11, Debolt, Alberta, Legally Described As Plan 1273Hw, Block 1, Lots 4 And 5.The Selected Consultant Will Assess The Existing Site And Develop The Preliminary Concepts Into A Coordinated, Tender-Ready Design Package. The Anticipated Scope Includes An Existing-Conditions Review And Site Survey; Detailed Site Layout; Grading And Drainage Design; Accessible Concrete Walkways And Pads; Gravel Parking Improvements; Gazebo Relocation, Foundation And Anchoring Details; Landscaping And Site-Amenity Planning; Technical Specifications; Quantity Estimates; And A Class C Construction Cost Estimate.The Consultant Must Also Review Site-Stability Considerations Associated With The Former Development And Identify Whether Geotechnical Investigation Or Other Specialized Engineering Is Required. Any Required Subconsultants Must Be Identified In The Proposal.Proponents Should Provide Separate Pricing For The Base Design Services And Any Optional Or Additional Services, Including Geotechnical Investigation, Permitting Assistance, Tender Support, Construction Administration, Site Inspections And Record Drawings, Where Applicable.This Opportunity Is For Professional Design And Planning Services Only.
