Tenders Are Invited For Interior Furnishing Of The Municipal Public Library In Rudziniec

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Interior Furnishing Of The Municipal Public Library In Rudziniec, Including Furniture, Household Appliances And Multimedia Devices In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Opz To The Swz. The Offered Equipment Must Be Brand New And Unused, Come From Current Production (Year Of Production - Not Earlier Than 2026), And Have Appropriate Certificates And Approvals Allowing The Furniture To Be Sold And Used In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Free Warranty Service Of The Equipment. 2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: Purchase Of Furniture Along With Its Delivery To The Ordering Party, Unloading, Bringing It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As Assembly. Assembly Should Be Understood As The Installation Of Complete And Ready-To-Use Furniture, Taking Into Account Their Adaptation To The Rooms In Which They Will Be Used And To The Elements Located In These Rooms. The Assembly Will Be Preceded By Appropriate Measurements At The Contractors Expense And Will Consist In Particular In Setting, Hanging Or Leveling Individual Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order.
