The consultant will conduct regular field visits across Beirut & Mount Lebanon, North Lebanon, and Beqaa to monitor the quality of sports-based protection sessions, coach partner facilitators, strengthen implementation quality, and support the consistent application of Right To Plays Sports for Protection methodology. This consultancy will run from August to December 2026 on an estimated workload of 8 working days per month. Qualified consultants with relevant experience in child protection, play-based programming, monitoring, and humanitarian contexts are encouraged to apply. Brief About the TOR Right To Play is recruiting a Sports for Protection Monitoring Consultant to provide technical monitoring and coaching support for the implementation of Sports for Protection activities delivered by partner organizations. The consultant will: Conduct approximately two field visits per week to monitor session quality. Observe facilitation techniques, child participation, safeguarding, inclusion, and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) integration. Provide on-site coaching and constructive feedback to facilitators. Identify technical gaps and recommend capacity-building needs. Prepare observation reports after each field visit. Submit monthly monitoring summaries highlighting progress, challenges, recommendations, and implementation trends. The consultancy will cover activities across Beirut & Mount Lebanon, North Lebanon, and Beqaa from August through December 2026, with an estimated commitment of 8 working days per month.
