Tenders are invited for Supply of Vegetables & Fruits. Closing Date: Thursday, 13. Aug 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Development, Education, Food & Nutrition Atayeb Tarablos Community Kitchen is a social enterprise operated by Ruwwad Al Tanmeya. The kitchen empowers women through employment opportunities while producing high-quality meals and food products for local communities. All proceeds contribute to supporting educational and community development initiatives. Invitation Atayeb Tarablos Community Kitchen invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of Vegetables & fruits in accordance with the quantities mentioned in the attached request for quotation (RFQ) and the conditions outlined below. Scope of Supply The selected supplier shall provide the items listed in the attached RFQ. Quantities are estimated and may increase or decrease based on the kitchens operational needs. The kitchen is not obligated to purchase all quantities listed in the attached RFQ. Eligibility Requirements Interested suppliers must meet the following minimum requirements: Submit a valid commercial registration certificate. Submit a valid Ministry of Finance registration certificate. Have previous experience in supplying food products (preferred). Comply with all applicable Lebanese food safety and health regulations. Terms and Conditions 1. Contract Period The framework agreement shall be valid for three (3) months renewable from the date of signing. 2. Fixed Prices Quoted prices shall remain fixed for the entire three-month contract period. No price adjustments will be accepted regardless of market fluctuations. 3. Delivery Deliveries shall be made according to purchase orders issued by Atayeb Tarablos Community Kitchen. The supplier shall deliver the requested items within the agreed delivery timeframe. All transportation, loading, and unloading costs shall be borne by the supplier. 4. Quality Requirements All products must be fresh, clean, and comply with Lebanese food safety standards. Fruits & Vegetables shall be delivered in suitable hygienic vehicles. Atayeb Tarablos reserves the right to reject any item that is damaged, expired, of poor quality, or not compliant with the required specifications. 5. Payment Terms Payment shall be made monthly after the submission of a valid invoice and successful delivery and acceptance of the goods, in accordance with Ruwwad Al Tanmeyas financial procedures. 6. Required Documents Suppliers shall submit: Completed and signed RFQ. Commercial Registration Certificate. Ministry of Finance Registration Certificate. Company profile (if available). Any relevant food safety or quality certificates (if available). 7.
