Eligibility and evaluation criteria Origin: No restriction Eligibility: Economic operators satisfying the criteria included in the statement of good standing and in the ethics clauses of the general regulations. Evaluation: The most economically advantageous tender on the basis of price, administrative and technical criteria will be granted the contract. Variants: No variants will be considered 4. Location and timeframe Location of the project: Rwanda Place of performance of the contract: The contract shall be implemented at the following sites: Mutobo TSS in Musanze District; Gitwe TSS in Ngoma District; Kinazi TSS in Ruhango District. Performance period of the contract: 4 months, from the commencement date up to the provisional acceptance. Validity period of tenders:120 days from the time limit for receipt of tenders 5. Any economic operator obtaining the Tender Dossier after the official site visit may request, in writing, participation in an additional site visit, subject to availability and provided the request is submitted no later than five (5) days before the clarification deadline. 11. Complementary or additional services This contract does not include any complementary or additional acquisition of goods. In the event where complementary or additional acquisition of goods would be required (initially not included), its value will be limited to a maximum of 50% of the initial value of the contract. When several successive amendments are made, this limit applies to the value of each amendment.
