Submission Requirements: Sealed hard-copy submission consisting of: One original and one copy of the Technical Proposal One original and one copy of the Financial Proposal Submission instructions: The Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must each be placed in separate sealed envelopes. Both sealed envelopes shall then be enclosed in one sealed outer envelope. A mandatory USB flash drive containing the full bid documents must be included inside the outer envelope.
