Aug 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Human Rights & Protection Remuneration range: > 6000 (USD) Duration of Contract: End of November 2026 The evaluation aims to assess the relevance, effectiveness, coherence, efficiency, impact, and sustainability of the DRA Lebanon Joint Response (JR), providing an objective assessment of the response design, implementation process, results achieved, and lessons learned. Applications should include the following documents: 1. Consultant CV(s): A brief CV of the lead consultant and proposed team members, including a concise rationale demonstrating how the consultant/team meets the required qualifications and experience outlined in the TOR ( maximum 2 pages per CV) 2. Technical Proposal/ Work Plan: A Proposed work plan outlining the consultants understanding of the assignment, conceptual framework, evaluation methadology, proposed data collection approcach, quality assurance measures, and implementation schedule ( maximum 10 pages ) 3. Financial Proposal: An indicative budget proposal, including daily rates in EUROs for the lead consultant and any additional team members estimated level of effort ( day/hours) and any anticipated costs related to the assisgnment 4. Reference: Contact details of two references who can confirm the consultants experience conducting similar evaluation assignments. 5. Availability Confirmation: Confirmation of availability to undertake the assignment and deliver all required outputs, including the final evaluation report, within agreed timeframe and by the 5th of November 2026.
