Aug 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Social & Cultural Development ABOUT INJAZ LEBANON INJAZ Lebanon is a non-profit organization, an affiliate of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide, with a mission to equip youth with the skills and mindset they need to become entrepreneurs and business leaders stimulating their communities. It is also a member of INJAZ Al-Arab, a regional network of 14 countries across the MENA region. INJAZ Lebanon delivers programs in partnership with the business sector, focusing on entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial literacy. BACKGROUND INJAZ Lebanon, under the SPEEDUP Program, is implementing a series of activities aimed at supporting green SMEs, entrepreneurs, and ecosystem stakeholders through networking, knowledge exchange, and awareness-raising activities related to green entrepreneurship and sustainability. As part of this initiative, INJAZ Lebanon will organize the following activities: Three (3) networking events/workshops: Two (2) events in Beirut One (1) event in Tripoli Each targeting approximately 1520 participants from the green entrepreneurship ecosystem. One (1) Eco Rallye Paper: A one-day eco-friendly Rallye Paper event in Tripoli. Targeting approximately 50 participants, including SMEs operating in the green sector and relevant ecosystem stakeholders. For the Tripoli networking event, the venue will be provided by INJAZ Lebanon. For the Beirut networking events, the selected service provider is expected to propose and provide suitable venues as part of the assignment. The Eco Rallye Paper will be co-organized with a separate Co-Organizer. The selected Facilitator will support the development of content, participant outreach, and on-ground facilitation in coordination with the Co-Organizer(s). INJAZ Lebanon is seeking a qualified Facilitator to support the successful implementation of the four activities through participant outreach, activity design, content development, facilitation, and coordination support. OBJECTIVES The overall objective of this assignment is to support the engagement of green SMEs, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders through interactive networking activities and awareness-raising events under the SPEEDUP Program. The specific objectives include: Introducing the SPEEDUP hubs and their objectives to potential beneficiaries and stakeholders. Presenting the benefits, services, and opportunities offered through the SPEEDUP acceleration program. Engaging potential beneficiaries and relevant ecosystem actors. Facilitating networking, knowledge exchange, and collaboration among participants. Supporting the identification and engagement of eligible SMEs and startups interested in the SPEEDUP acceleration program. Increasing awareness and participation in the SPEEDUP program. Promoting green entrepreneurship and environmental sustainability through the Eco Rallye Paper activity. SCOPE of WORK The selected Facilitator will be responsible for supporting the planning, preparation, and implementation of the four activities through the following tasks: Activity 1: Networking Event Tripoli Target Group: Established green entrepreneurs Target Participants: 1520 participants Tentative Date: 18 August Venue: Provided by INJAZ Lebanon The Facilitator shall: Conduct outreach and direct communication with established green entrepreneurs to ensure sufficient participation. Support participant identification, invitation, and confirmation. Design and develop an interactive networking activity suitable for established green entrepreneurs. Facilitate the networking session and ensure active participant engagement. Propose a suggested networking activity methodology and provide a brief description as part of the technical proposal. Activity 2: Networking Event Beirut Target Group: Green startups / early-stage green entrepreneurs Target Participants: 1520 participants Tentative Date: Beginning of September or November Venue: To be provided by the selected bidder The Facilitator shall: Conduct outreach and direct communication with green startups and early-stage entrepreneurs. Support participant identification and confirmation. Design and develop a networking and capacity-building activity adapted to early-stage entrepreneurs. Identify and propose a suitable venue in Beirut. Activity 3: Networking Event Beirut Target Group: Green startups / early-stage green entrepreneurs Target Participants: 1520 participants Tentative Date: September Venue: To be provided by the selected bidder The Facilitator shall: Conduct outreach and direct communication with potential participants. Support participant registration and follow-up. Design and develop an interactive networking and capacity-building activity. Facilitate the event and ensure effective engagement. Propose a suggested activity methodology and provide a brief description as part of the technical proposal. Identify and propose a suitable venue in Beirut. Activity 4: Eco Rallye Paper Tripoli Target Group: SMEs in the green sector and relevant stakeholders Target Participants: 50 participants Tentative Date: Saturday, 19 September Venue: Provided by Co-Organizer(s) The Facilitator shall: Support the Co-Organizer(s) in developing and refining event content, including games, challenges, riddles, and activities related to green entrepreneurship and environmental awareness. Support participant outreach, invitation, registration, and confirmation of approximately 50 participants. Assist with participant communication before the event, including information sharing, reminders, and coordination. Attend and support implementation on the event day. Provide on-ground facilitation support alongside the Co-Organizer(s). Support real-time coordination, participant engagement, logistics follow-up, and troubleshooting. Support networking opportunities among participants during the event. Expected Deliverables The selected Facilitator shall provide the following deliverables: Participant outreach and confirmation lists for all activities. Proposed methodologies and activity designs for the three networking events. Facilitation of the three networking events. Support in content preparation and facilitation of the Eco Rallye Paper. Participant communication and coordination support. On-ground facilitation and coordination support during the Eco Rallye Paper. Brief activity summaries and feedback from participants after completion of each activity.
