INJAZ Lebanon is seeking an experienced Co-Organizer to support the design, planning, coordination, and implementation of the Eco Rallye Paper from concept development through event completion, in close coordination with INJAZ Lebanon. OBJECTIVE OF THE ASSIGNMENT The objective of this assignment is to design and deliver, in coordination with INJAZ Lebanon, a safe, engaging, and impactful one-day Eco Rallye Paper in Tripoli that: Promotes awareness of green entrepreneurship and environmental sustainability among participants. Introduces participants to the SPEEDUP hubs, objectives, services, and opportunities offered through the acceleration program. Encourages networking and knowledge exchange among SMEs, entrepreneurs, and ecosystem stakeholders. Provides participants with an interactive and enjoyable team-based learning experience. Ensures effective event management, logistics coordination, participant safety, and smooth implementation. SCOPE OF WORK The selected Co-Organizer will be responsible for the following: A. Event Co-Organization and Coordination Co-organize the Eco Rallye Paper with INJAZ Lebanon under the SPEEDUP Program. Coordinate closely with INJAZ Lebanon throughout the planning, preparation, and implementation phases. Support alignment of the event concept, messaging, and activities with SPEEDUP objectives. Coordinate with INJAZ Lebanon regarding the target participants, including approximately 50 SMEs in the green sector and relevant stakeholders. B. Event Design and Content Development The Co-Organizer shall: Develop the overall event concept, format, and route design in Tripoli. Design an engaging Rallye Paper structure suitable for the target participants. Develop games, riddles, challenges, and interactive activities related to: Green entrepreneurship. Environmental awareness. Sustainability. Circular economy concepts. Ensure that activities are engaging, safe, and suitable for participants with different levels of experience. C. Logistics, Registration, and Safety Management The Co-Organizer shall: Coordinate all operational and logistical requirements related to event implementation. Support participant registration and team organization in coordination with INJAZ Lebanon. Arrange rental of approximately 50 bicycles required for the event. Ensure appropriate safety measures are in place during the activity. Arrange route monitoring and support mechanisms during the event, including a safety/support vehicle or support rider.
