Proof to be included in 2026 Recommended LCEC List for contractors Valid membership in the engineering syndicate for the lead engineer (s), submit proof of annual membership payment for 2025/2026 Statement confirming full payment of the required Engineers Syndicate fees by the engineer(s) responsible for project execution for the year 2025/2026. Company owner or company director ID/ Passport. Official letter from the company stating name and ID of the owner, and name and ID of the company director. NCA site visits documents signed by both parties. Signed and stamped letter of commitment to submit the work at 50 calendar days.
