The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of 16 Cutting Or Combined Tools (Hereinafter Referred To As Cutting Tools) Intended For The Production Of Universal Ctb Components. Shearing Tools Are Designed And Supplied In Such A Way That Together They Form One Functional Unit Enabling The Start Of Production Of The Complete Product Line Of Ctb Clamps. The Individual Cutting Tools Must Be Compatible With Each Other, Both From A Technical Point Of View And From The Point Of View Of Their Joint Use In The Customers Production Process. For This Reason, The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Performance Of The Public Contract. Fulfillment Must Be Realized As A Whole Including All Requested Cutting Tools; The Object Of Performance Will Be Handed Over And Taken Over By The Customer Only After The Delivery Of All Cutting Tools As A Functional Unit.
