Tenders Are Invited For Selection Of The Sewerage And Wwtp Operator Of The Village Of Nošovice

This Is A Concession Procedure.. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Operation Of Sewers For Public Use Owned By The Municipality Of Nošovice (Hereinafter Referred To As Concession Contracts Or Operating Contracts), I.E. A Contract For Operation In The Sense Of § 8 Paragraph 2 Of Act No. 274/2001 Coll., On Water Supply Systems And Sewers For Public Use And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws (The Act On Water Supply Systems And Sewers), As Amended (Hereinafter Only Zovak) With The Right To Select A Sewage System Belonging To The Concessionaire In The Sense Of § 8, Paragraphs 13 And 14 Of The Zovak, The Subject Of Which Will Be The Lease Of Sewerage And Wwtp Owned By The Municipality Of Nošovice By The Concessionaire And The Concessionaires Obligation To Ensure The Proper Operation Of This Property In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions Of The Zovak.
