Remediation Of Soil Moisture In The Basement Of The Main Building Of Gymnázia Prachatice. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Basement Spaces Of The Main Historical Building Gymnázia, Prachatice, Zlatá Stezka 137. In The Premises Of The 1St Pp, Especially In The Corridors, The Chemistry Classroom, Adjacent Rooms And Stairwells, Significant Moisture Disturbances Were Detected Caused By Non-Functional Or Missing Waterproofing Of The Substructure, Capillary Rise Of Moisture And Water Seepage. Manifestations Of Moisture Include Maps On Masonry, Salt Efflorescence, Plaster Degradation, Local Cracks And The Appearance Of Mold, Which Negatively Affects The Construction And Technical Condition Of The Structures As Well As The Hygienic Conditions In The Premises Used By The School. The Contract Includes Preparatory And Dismantling Work, Clearance And Protection Of The Affected Premises, Removal Of Degraded Plaster, Cladding, Plinths And Other Elements Preventing Access To The Structures, Execution Of An Additional Waterproofing Screen By Chemical Injection Of Masonry With A Gel Made Of Cross-Linked Polymers, And Subsequent Execution Of A Complex Remedial Plaster System. The Aim Is To Limit The Further Penetration Of Moisture Into The Structures, Reduce The Moisture Load On The Masonry, Eliminate The Degrading Effects Of Salts And Improve The Operating And Hygienic Conditions In The Schools Basement.
