Oulu Urban Environmental Services Requests Offers For Group Plants In Accordance With This Call For Tenders And Its Attachments. The Procured Plants Will Be Used In Flower Groups, Parks And Traffic Green Areas In The City Of Oulu. The Estimated Annual Need Is Around 13,000–15,000 Plants. Based On The Competition, A Framework Arrangement Will Be Formed With One (1) Operator. Annual Pricing Is Applied In Procurement: The Bidder Commits To The Prices Given In The Offer For The Plants That Are Ordered According To The Plant List That Changes Annually. The Plants Needed By The Customer Each Year Are Ordered At The Prices According To The Price List Of The Framework Contract Suppliers Offer. For Plants Outside The List Of Plants (Price List) Needed Annually, The Customer Requests The Prices From The Supplier Selected As The Framework Contract Supplier. The Prices Of Plants Outside The Price List Must Follow The Same Pricing Principle As For The Products Offered In The Actual Tender. Contract Period And Options Actual Contract Period: Fixed-Term 1 October 2026–30 September 2028 (2 Years). 1 October 2028–30 September 2030 And 1 October 2030–30 September 2031.
