The General Contractor Has Not Yet Been Engaged For This Project, But Will Be During September 2026. The General Contractor Has, Among Other Things, The Role Of Responsible Applicant And Responsibility For Planning And Execution. The Project Is Scheduled To Start During September 2026 And The Project Will Continue Until The Turn Of The Year 2027/28. Functional Description Of The Assignment For The Contract With The General Contractor In This Project Is Attached. The Assignment Will Be Limited To The Clients Representative (Bho) In The Production Phase And The Takeover Phase, Coordinator For Execution (Ku), Engineering (Kp), As Well As Itb Manager For The Client Throughout The Project Period. The Itb Manager Can Either Be The Same Person As Bho Or A Professional Who Reports To Bho And The Builder. The Total Scope Is Estimated At 13-18 Hours Per Week.
